Welcome to NumKeep. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our bookkeeping platform and services. By creating an account or using NumKeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
3. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or specifically stated otherwise in your plan. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plainset and its licensors.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You may not interfere with the security-related features of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NumKeep or Plainset be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
